I am making a health plan for next week.
1. Walking for more than 30 minutes every day
2. Core exercises. Extension exercises regularly.
3. Arm and upper body exercises, 100 repetitions each, 10 sets!
I only stayed in bed because my back hurt.
I think it's time to start moving now!
