Let's set health goals for this week (7/10~7/16).
1. Drink at least 1 liter of water a day
2. Reduce刺激的 and sweet foods (carbonated drinks, chocolates, jellies, etc.)
Maintain current weight until the weekend
4. Drink a glass of water on an empty stomach in the morning / Take probiotics, and after dinner, consume cabbage juice.
Monday/Wednesday/Friday: Walk 3,000 steps after dinner
Sat/Sun: Morning fasting cardio exercise (40 minutes of yoga)
I will have a healthy week again this week with healthy habits!
