Today's diet & exercise goal results (5/5)
1. Walking 10,000 steps - Success
2. 100 squats (20 sets * 5 reps) - Success
3. Plank for 5 minutes (30 seconds hold + 30 seconds rest * 5 sets) - Success
4. Dinner menu: Salad & Meat - Success
5. Stopping by the gym to work out - Success
It's been a while, but I finally succeeded! Haha
These were goals that were difficult because I was busy and had appointments, but I'm so happy to succeed like this~ㅎㅎ
I guess the goal is to do it because of the sense of achievement when you succeed~ haha
It may be difficult to succeed every time, but I will continue to do my best consistently! Haha
