This week, I plan to drink a lot of water.
I walk about 4 to 5 times a week to reach 10,000 steps.
It's hard to drink water ㅜㅜ
While drinking water
If you're thirsty, just eat a big amount at once.
If it's okay, I won't eat again.
I don't like feeling bloated or full, so I don't drink liquids much.
Since it has gotten hotter, I plan to drink water more frequently.
