Walking 10,000 steps
Fasting after 6 o'clock
Drinking two cups of coffee a day
Climb the 10th floor of the stairs once
Since the weather has gotten warmer and it's difficult to walk a full 10,000 steps outside, I will do 30 minutes of running.
A 30-minute walk and climbing 10 floors of stairs seem to complete a 10,000-step goal.
I usually drink 3 to 4 cups of coffee a day, but I'm planning to reduce it to 2 cups.
I will do my best to achieve my goals this week as well.
