I think my health has been getting much weaker lately.
So, walking 10,000 steps daily and going to bed early are basic.
And I should try to use the stairs whenever possible, drink water frequently, and take my supplements.
I need to do 100 squats again and hold a plank for 3 minutes, five times.
I hope everyone sets and sticks to their health goals. Let's all cheer each other on. I also need to take better care of my health; lately, I’ve been feeling so drained.ㅠㅠㅠ
