This week's health goal is
Taking probiotics on an empty stomach in the morning
Walking 10,000 steps five days a week
Do strength training two days a week
Running crew three days a week
I'll do my best again this week.
Last week, I successfully kept up with walking 5,000 steps for five days and doing strength training for two days.
This week, I added a running crew.
