2. Not eating late-night snacks
40 minutes on an indoor bicycle
It's too hot, so I plan to walk in the morning and do indoor cycling in the evening instead of outdoor exercise.
This time it's the rainy season, so I'm planning to ride my bike at home haha
I think I've been eating late-night snacks frequently these days. I'm trying to control myself before it becomes a habit.
