Walking 10,000 steps every day
I've decided to start with small, manageable actions. However, since the rainy season is coming, it seems difficult to walk 10,000 steps every day. There's a special charm to outdoor walking, but I'm thinking of going to the gym instead~ Let's all do our best this week!!
