지나친것도 아니한만 못하다고 하니깐요. 무리 온다 싶을 땐 무조건 쉬어줘야해요. 저 무릎 아픈데 방치했더니 잘때 계속 쥐나고 난리;; 결국 한의원 다니고 있어요;;;

I usually walk about 15,000 steps, but my legs have been hurting a lot this week.
I did some squats, and now my calves are sore, and I even get cramps while sleeping.
So, this week I will reduce it to a moderate amount.
I don't think it's necessary to overdo it.
Let's do a little more upper body exercise instead!
