Since the rainy season is starting, I should increase outdoor exercise time this week...
1. Outdoor walking time: 2 hours (5 times a week)
2. Strength training: Upper body focus (shoulder and erector spinae exercises using resistance bands) - change the band color.
3. Stretching: Loosen the neck and back muscles with a massage ball
Since the weather is getting hotter, I need to make sure to drink water on an empty stomach and sip water regularly during exercise.
