Setting health goals for one week at a time, rather than for a long period, is more effective and easier to stick to because the duration is shorter.
My health goal is that these days, because it's so hot, I really want to drink a lot of sugary beverages. I hear that sugary drinks are not good for you, so for the sake of my health, I plan to reduce the number of times I drink them.
I should walk more than 6,000 steps a day. Even walking 10,000 steps, which I used to do easily, was quite tiring.
I have set a health goal to drink plenty of water and eat less flour for my skin ^^
