Reducing flour intake
I was feeling unwell all weekend and it was difficult.
I went to the internal medicine department, got some stomach medicine, and am taking it.
The doctor said that if I just manage my diet well, things will get better... so I will try my best.
It's difficult to improve everything immediately, so I need to start by reducing the amount of flour.
I should start by eating less of the noodle dishes. I'll give it a try!!
