I always walk on flat ground. My husband hikes in the neighborhood mountains every weekend, but I really dislike hiking in this hot weather. However, recently I received a call saying that my child left a water bottle, so I hurriedly ran to the main road to bring it back, and I was out of breath. I was so surprised. I thought walking on flat ground was enough exercise, but I plan to go to the mountains only in autumn and instead, I will try climbing stairs!
