This week's health goal is to do stair walking exercise.
Stair climbing exercise consumes energy and calories
And strength and aerobic exercises are combined!
So, I am planning to try it once.
Since it's an exercise I can do even in the rain, I think I can do it if I just have the willpower, so I'm planning to give it a try!
If you walk up slowly little by little
