I decided on 1 Pilates session, 3 running sessions, and walking 100,000 steps.
I have travel plans from Sunday to Saturday.
One Pilates session and then running on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
I have completed it, and the remaining walking is during the trip.
I'll try to fit it in whenever I can 😁
