I can't sleep much..ㅜ
I think I endure and endure even when I'm tired, and then I end up sleeping..
Deep sleep is good for health, but it's so difficult to achieve.

10,000 steps, hiking... drink plenty of water...

Go to bed early!!!!!
This is my biggest goal.
