Reducing coffee intake
Reduce snacking
Not eating late-night snacks
As it gets hotter, I end up drinking too much coffee.
And I keep snacking while drinking coffee.
You drink a lot of coffee, so you stay up late at night... and then you eat late-night snacks, haha.
