- Walking 10,000 steps a day, 6 times
- Running (3 kilometers): 4 times a week
- Climbing stairs (15 floors): 4 times a week
First, achieve the goal and then gradually increase it next week.
I started climbing stairs last week, and although I only went up 15 floors, I managed reasonably well. This week, I plan to increase it to 4 times per session, and eventually, I aim to do it daily or increase the number of floors.
