저도 지난주 하루는 너무 일찍 자서 밤 11시반에 깼는데 아무리 잘려고 해도 말똥말똥해서 밤12시반쯤 나가 1시간 러닝하고 와서 쓰러져 잔 날이 있어요. 매일밤 꿀잠 주무시길 바랍니다.

Last week, I consistently walked 10,000 steps every day, but reducing coffee intake is too difficult. I'm going to try setting it again.
I need to sleep well, but if I go to bed too early, I wake up at 1-2 a.m., and if I go to bed too late, I wake up and stay awake all night... The most important thing for my health right now is restful sleep... I will try to keep this in mind this week~~ Let's do our best!!!!
