I gained about 8kg over the past two years. My goal for this year is to lose 10kg!!! I used COVID-19 as an excuse for gaining weight, but as my body has become heavier, I realize I really need to work hard to lose it.
The health goal I am currently working on is
Walking 10,000 steps every day

3. Diet control
Among them, controlling the diet is the hardest.
