So far, I think gaining some weight has had various negative effects. I keep thinking about it but don't take action, so in the second half of the year, I plan to set some goals and try to implement them.
✔️ Walk 10,000 steps every day
Drink at least 1 liter of water daily
Drink no more than 5 shots of coffee a day
✔️ Reduce chocolate intake
✔️ Riding a bicycle on weekends
I want to lose another 5kg and go back to how I was a year ago.
