As I age, I naturally gain weight, my blood sugar levels rise, and I seem to lose leg muscle. I also feel a bit less energetic. So, since June, I have been receiving personal training three times a week. It was a bit difficult at first, but now I have adapted, and I feel proud after each session. After training, I drink a protein shake and eat eggs and apples. My health goal is to continue receiving personal training regularly and do strength training to become healthier.
