I feel like my stamina is gradually declining as I enter my 40s.
Since recovery is not progressing well, the amount of exercise naturally decreases.
It decreases. As expected, my weight drops quickly.
I'm feeling sluggish and heavy all the time, so I don't feel like moving...
It's a repeating vicious cycle. I feel like something serious might happen if this continues.
I'm planning to gradually increase my exercise.
