Continuing with the health goal I set last week~
(Walking 10,000 steps, drinking plenty of water, cycling on an indoor bike for 30 minutes)
Gradually increasing the hanging time on the pull-up bar.
They say that hanging steadily on the pull-up bar is very good for full-body stretching.
I will try to gradually increase a little each day within a manageable range.
