Exercise needs to be done consistently, but it's not easy to stay consistent.
So, my goal is to set something that I can truly stick to.
Drink three glasses of lukewarm water daily with a tumbler
Walk twice a day, even if only for 10 minutes each time.
I'm just trying to keep these two things in mind. Fighting!
