My goal is to maintain a consistent exercise routine and healthy eating habits.
Two years ago, I made a big decision to start dieting and successfully lost about 10 kilograms, and I am currently maintaining that weight.
I'm worried because as the duration of maintaining it gets longer, my eating habits are starting to break downㅠㅠ
Since alcohol is always present at company dinners, I end up drinking without realizing it. Drinking itself isn't a problem, but when I start to feel intoxicated, I should stop eating and rest, but my self-control weakens. That's why I often suffer from stomach upset the next day. After eating like that, I have to skip exercise, which is problematic. I usually eat simple meals, after all.
I want to maintain healthy exercise and eating habits for the remaining 23 years.
