My health goal is...
This year too, I will exercise diligently without any pain and enjoy delicious food^^ First, to stay healthy, I will drink water frequently, walk the full ten thousand steps, and occasionally ride my bike to go to the Han River... If I stay only at home, I feel like I will become sluggish, so I try to move a little more whenever I can^^
I hope I can stay healthy throughout this year as well^^!
