Lately, I don't know if it's because I'm getting older, but I feel like my stamina is really low. I think I also lack exercise, and I eat too many snacks, so I plan to reduce snacking and set my goal to exercise more.ㅎㅎ
The first is walking 10,000 steps a day.
The second is to reduce snacking.
The third is to drink 1 liter of water a day.
