This week's health goal is~
Since it doesn't change almost every week, I will write down only the most important goal for this week.
The thing I consider most important is,
Consistent exercise.
Why!! I really dislike exercising, so once I stop, I don't want to do it anymore.
So, on weekends or holidays when I don't do strength home training,
Definitely!! Do 1 hour on the treadmill.
Do at least 30 minutes of running!!
So now, I will do a quick stretch and then get on the treadmill^^
