My secret to maintaining health is mostly walking.
Wake up at 6 a.m., open the door and go outside to walk around, then check the number of 10,000 steps.
Entering the house
The goal for this week is simple.
Walk continuously without stopping, aiming for 10,000 steps a day
Since it's 7 days a week, I thought I might as well complete it in 6 days by skipping one day.
I will try.
And starting today, after completing a 30-minute 3-kilometer run (7 times a week)
