Recently, I have noticed an increase in diabetes among people in their 30s and 40s, which made me think a lot. Every time after meals, I often snack and drink soda, so I set my health goal to "reduce snacking" to try to change my habits. Haha
I will brush my teeth immediately after meals and try to reduce snacking by eating healthy snacks like cucumber and cherry tomatoes when I feel bored. Fighting!
