In celebration of the upcoming June, I plan to set a health goal^^ Recently, I quit my job and have been very inactive, so I think I'll start with a simple goal of walking at least 3,000 steps every day. Hehe, it might be too simple... but since I often lie around without moving a single step, I want to start with something light. Fighting!
