Waking up in the morning and doing some simple stretching followed by home training... but I find it hard to do home workouts in the morning ㅠ
I try to keep up with stretching regularly, finding comfort in even just stretching after waking up.
And in the morning, I always drink water on an empty stomach after waking up haha
