As the weather gets hotter, it's hard to walk or run as much as I want.
Thanks to Cashdoc, I still plan to set some goals.
- Drink plenty of water.. more than 1 liter a day.. the goal is 2 liters
- Make sure to walk at least 10,000 steps a day.. My goal is 20,000 steps.. but it's hard to walk around.. No matter how much I try to avoid the sun, I feel like it's only following me ㅠㅠ
- Eat in moderation... I think I need to break the habit of finishing all my food until the plate is empty... Even if it means throwing some away, don't be wasteful and practice eating in moderation.
