It's already June.
The first month is beginning, and as the weather gets warmer, it's easy to get tired.
I'm worried because I am sensitive to the heat.
This month, I plan to consistently walk more than 15,000 steps every day without missing, and follow a diet focused on squats and vegetarian foods.
Rather than an unrealistic plan, I set achievable goals, and I really want to keep my promise to myself in June.
