Drinking water, aiming for regular sleep, etc., this week.
I set a goal to do eye exercises for 10 minutes each.
Actually, my eyes have gotten so bad from looking at my phone and computer that I realize this exercise is just as essential as walking ten thousand steps.
I will try to work out hard this week.
