I used to walk 10,000 steps every day, but these days it's hard to even walk 6,000 steps. So, I plan to walk at least 5,000 steps every day.
And during lunch when I'm alone, I usually eat noodles, but I try to reduce the amount of noodles as well. I also try to cut back on coffee, snacks, and drinks.
