After breakfast, I do about 40 minutes of indoor aerobic exercise at home before going to work.
We didn't even do that before!
I haven't been exercising because I've been making excuses of being busy, so my stamina has decreased a lot. As I get older, it's even harder.
Now, I am gradually increasing my exercise time and plan to go hiking more than twice a month. Fighting!
