First, I am diligently walking 10,000 steps.
I'm now trying to control my eating.
First, I plan to cut out snacks.
Once I start, I feel like I could eat endlessly, so I think reducing it is pointless, and I'm planning to quit altogether.
And... because I love ramen...ㅠ
I'm trying to cut back on ramen too...
I think just cutting these two things alone would have a tremendous effect.
My stocks are snacks and ramen.. haha
Now I will try to eat healthily with rice and side dishes.
It will be difficult, but I will definitely try to put it into practice~~^^
