In 2020, after cancer surgery, my physical strength declined so much that my daily life became very difficult.
The goal is to recover stamina.
Walk at least 30 minutes daily (twice a day)
2. Going out to the park in front of the house every day to get sunlight
3. Have regular meals
My goal is to strictly follow this so that next year I can do a little more than this year~
