I'm planning to simply quit late-night snacks.
I can't sleep without eating late-night snacks.
I will try my best to endure it.
Late-night snacks are only good when you eat them; the next day, your stomach feels bloated, and digestion is poor...ㅠㅠ
But I think I've gotten used to it, so I'm worried.
