저도 저번주 목표를 성공못해서..ㅎㅎ 이번주는 꼭 성공해보려구요

Before getting married, I could eat snacks or bread freely without gaining weight, but as I got older, my body changed and now I gain weight even if I eat just a little.ㅜㅜ
Getting older is already upsetting, and my body doesn't cooperate like I want either lol
This week, I'm planning to start with something simple.
First, walk 10,000 steps!!!
They say walking exercise is the best, so I should go out after dinner and walk a thousand steps.
And do not eat snacks after dinner!!!
I think this was the biggest problem, but I will try to challenge myself even though it won't be easy.
