I plan to revisit the health goals I set for May and make this week a time to work even harder towards achieving them.
First, drink a glass of lukewarm water on an empty stomach in the morning.
Second, drink a glass of water instead of an Americano.
Third, walking ten thousand steps every day
Fourth, do home workouts four times a week
Fifth, on weekends when I don't do home workouts, I do stretching.
Sixth, supplements!! Please don't forget!!
From this week until the last day of May!!
I will do my best without slacking off~
