아침 스트레칭 너무 좋네요 ㅎ 자고 일어나면 뻐근한데 스트레칭으로 몸을 풀어주면 시원할 거 같아요 밤에 핸드폰 안보는 건 저는 좀 잘 안되더라구요 ㅎ 자기전에 누우면 핸드폰에 손이가서요 ㅎ
