Midterm check of health goals

Today's health goal is to walk 10,000 steps. I successfully walked 10,000 steps.

Walking to the neighboring fruit shop - it took 40 minutes round trip on foot. Success.

 

Today, I am determined to avoid late-night snacks—it's risky. I already want to eat chickenㅠㅠ

F&E is making roasted sweet potatoes.
