제게도 필요한 건강목표네요.. 요즘 카페 활동한다고 폰을 많이 보고.. 넷플 본다고 폰을 많이 봐서 시력이 많이 안좋아진걸 느끼면서 눈건강 중요성 생각하고 있어요~

My health goals are twofold ^^
First, 'Increase muscle mass'
Since the end of last year, I have been dieting and have achieved my weight goal, but I was told that my muscle mass is lacking. This year, I am exercising to be satisfied with both my weight and muscle mass.
Secondly, 'Thinking About Eye Health'
While working, I tend to look at the monitor for a long time and stay up late looking at my phone, which seems to have worsened my eye health. I will try to maintain good eye health by not looking at the screen too closely, frequently looking at the outside scenery, and gazing into the distance.
