My health goals are to walk at least ten thousand steps a day! Drink plenty of water! I like bread and rice cakes, but I want to focus on a healthy diet rather than carbohydrates like bread and rice cakes! I want to stick to these three things to maintain my health. As I enter my 40s, my stamina has decreased significantly and I feel more fatigued. By following these, I want to boost my stamina and spend happy, healthy, and fun times with my daughter, Cheolui.
