After finishing work, I tried to have some time alone to stay on schedule, so I stayed up late alone and went to sleep late at dawn.
As this cycle continues, my sleep quality worsens, I can't sleep for a few hours, my immunity drops, my physical strength declines, and I feel like my overall quality of life is suffering. I plan to set a goal to go to bed before midnight and try to stick to it.
