Taking vitamins regularly. As I entered my mid-30s, I started to feel that I really need to take vitamins.ㅠ
And the exercise to prevent shortness of breath is at least three times a week. Since I go swimming, I try hard not to skip it and make sure to go at least three times a week.
Finally, reducing flour-based foods. Flour foods are becoming harder to digest over timeㅠㅠ
I will definitely keep it!
